Thermostat Functionality
Easily manage your comfort with the built-in thermostat. Adjust temperature from 18°C (64°F) to 27°C (82°F) in 1° increments, or switch between °C and °F settings with a 5-second hold.
Multiple Heating & Fan Modes
Choose from five operating modes for precise climate control:
- H-0: Heater & blower off
- FAN: Fan only
- H-1: Heater & blower on
- ECO: Energy-saving mode
- BST: Boost mode for rapid heating
Low-Voltage, Safe Operation
Engineered for low-voltage communication, the W370-0317 ensures safe operation. It should never be wired near power lines or electrical panels, in accordance with NEC safety standards.
Quick Access Functions
Enable or disable the heater function by holding the mode button for 3 seconds. “LOC” appears on the display when heating is locked—useful for safety or child protection.

Napoleon One-Year Limited Warranty
Electrical components and wearable parts are covered, and Napoleon will provide replacement parts free of charge during the first year of standard warranty.
This covers: fan/heaters, motors, switches, nylon bearing components, remote controls, and LED lights.*
Light bulbs and fuses are NOT covered by the warranty. Any labour related to warranty repair is not covered.
