Cozy Glow Stoves strives to provide accurate product descriptions, availability information, and pricing. However, occasional typographical, technical, or supplier-data errors may occur.
The price displayed on a product page may change before an order is submitted. Placing an item in a shopping cart does not reserve its price. The price displayed during checkout before payment is submitted will govern the purchase.
If an obvious pricing or listing error is discovered after an order is placed, Cozy Glow Stoves may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to the original payment method. We will not increase the amount charged to a completed order without the customer’s express authorization.
When appropriate, the customer may be notified of the corrected price and invited to place a new order. The customer is never required to accept the corrected price.
Customers should generally receive an approved refund within 10 days, though the exact posting date may vary depending on their bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Cozy Glow Stoves may also refuse or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, product unavailability, purchasing limit violations, or other legitimate order-processing concerns.
