How it Works:
Eligibility: Our Online Price Match Guarantee applies to purchases on our website, www.cozyglowstoves.com. To qualify, the product must:
- Be identical to the one sold by the online competitor, including brand, model, and specifications.
- Be in stock and available for immediate purchase on both www.cozyglowstoves.com and the competitor's website.
- Have a price comparison that includes all applicable taxes and fees, including shipping costs.
Requesting a Price Match: Submit proof of the competitor's lower price via our website's contact form or email at support@cozyglowstoves.com. Acceptable proof includes a link to the competitor's product page or a screenshot showing the lower price.
In your email, include:
- Your Name
- The product you're interested in
- A link to the competitor's website or a photo/screenshot showing the lower price
Verification: Our team will verify the price match request against our eligibility criteria.
Exclusions: Our Online Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
- Prices from online auction or marketplace websites (eBay, Etsy, Amazon, Facebook, etc.).
- Prices on used, refurbished, or damaged products.
- Special promotional prices (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), discounts, or bundle offers.
- Pricing that violates minimum advertising price points set by the product manufacturer.
- Price errors or typographical errors.
One Price Match per Product: Each product is only eligible for one price match. Subsequent requests for the same product will not be honored.
Our Right to Decline: We reserve the right to decline any price match request that doesn't meet our criteria or if we suspect it's fraudulent.
