1. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay, Synchrony, and Klarna. Payment is debited in USD at the time the order is placed.

2. Payment Security: We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure a secure shopping experience and are PCI DSS compliant, ensuring your payment information is encrypted and protected.

3. Order Processing: Payment must be made in full before shipment. You'll receive an order confirmation email with details when you place an order.

4. Cancellations and Refunds: To request a cancellation, contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate timely requests, but a cancellation is complete only after it has been confirmed by Cozy Glow Stoves. Cancellation requests received more than 24 hours after order placement cannot be guaranteed. Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled. Custom-made, personalized, special-order, final-sale, and other products identified as non-cancelable may be subject to additional restrictions disclosed before purchase. Approved cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method, and customers should generally receive them within 10 days of approval. The exact posting date may vary depending on the customer’s bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.

5. Pricing and Product Information: We strive to maintain accurate product information and pricing. If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel and fully refund the affected order. 7. Shipping and Delivery: Standard shipping is $40 for eligible orders from $0–$99 and $75 for eligible orders from $99.01–$249.99. Most eligible orders of $250 or more receive free standard shipping. Oversized, freight, remote-area, and product-specific charges are disclosed before payment. 8. Returns and Exchanges: We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for conditions and procedures. Some items, including custom orders, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
