Rated to heat 1,000 to 2,700 ft², the Blue Ridge 500 provides up to 110,000 BTU/h of maximum heat output from its 3.5 ft³ firebox, subject to installation and operating conditions.
EPA 2020 Certified Clean Combustion
This extra-large non-catalytic stove is EPA 2020 approved with an average particulate emission rate of 1.6 g/h, average overall efficiencies of 71% (HHV) and 76% (LHV), and a stainless steel secondary-air system that supports more complete combustion.
Large Firebox with Flexible Loading
The firebox supports loading over its width or depth, while the published maximum 22" log length applies to east-west orientation. The 22 7/8" x 13" x 20 1/8" combustion chamber provides up to 10 hours of burn time under applicable operating conditions.
Reinforced Steel Top
The 5/16" steel top is reinforced with a heat shield.
Cast Iron Door with Airwash System
The single cast iron framed door carries a 16 5/8" x 11 3/4" ceramic glass surface, kept clearer by the integrated glass airwash system.
Pedestal Base with Ash Drawer
The included pedestal integrates an ash drawer and ash lip for simpler cleanup between burns.
Certified Installation Versatility
The Blue Ridge 500 is certified for alcove installation and for mobile homes when equipped with a fresh air intake, installed according to the manufacturer's instructions, and an optional 100 CFM blower can be added for increased air circulation.
