Among the largest stoves available on the market, the Drolet Escape 2100 heats 1,000–2,700 ft² with up to 110,000 BTU/h from a 3.5 ft³ firebox, pairing EPA 2020 certified combustion with an 18 3/8" x 12 1/8" glass surface.
Rated to heat 1,000 to 2,700 ft², the Escape 2100 provides up to 110,000 BTU/h of maximum heat output from its 3.5 ft³ firebox, subject to installation and operating conditions.
This extra-large non-catalytic stove is EPA 2020 approved with an average particulate emission rate of 1.6 g/h and uses a stainless steel secondary-air system to support more complete combustion.
The 22 7/8" x 20 1/8" firebox permits loading over its width and over its depth, accepts logs up to 22", and provides up to 10 hours of maximum burn time under applicable operating conditions.
The single cast iron framed door carries an 18 3/8" x 12 1/8" ceramic glass surface, kept clearer by the integrated glass airwash system for a fuller view of the fire.
The included pedestal integrates an ash drawer for simpler cleanup, and a convector air mate is included with the appliance.
Built with a 3/16" steel body and a heavy duty 5/16" steel top reinforced with a C-Cast heat shield, over a refractory brick-lined firebox with a high quality vermiculite baffle, backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
The Escape 2100 is certified for alcove installation and for mobile homes when equipped with a fresh air intake, installed according to the manufacturer's instructions, and an optional blower can be added for increased air circulation.
