The Empire Stove WB2FA forced air distribution kit connects to the back or either side of the St. Clair 3000, or either side of the St. Clair 4300, to distribute heat to another room up to 50 feet from the fireplace.

Heat Another Room

The kit draws heated air from the fireplace and delivers it through insulated flexible duct to a second room, extending the reach of the fireplace beyond the room it sits in. The complete installation procedure is in the manual supplied with the kit.

Framing Allowance

The St. Clair 3000 manual gives a 72 3/4" framing width for a centered fireplace with the forced air kit (18" between the framing and the side standoff); the St. Clair 4300 manual calls for at least 10" of additional framing width for the kit.

• When a forced air kit is installed together with the hot air gravity kit on the St. Clair 3000, the forced air device draws some air from the gravity kit ducting and reduces its efficiency.
• Compatibility is as listed in the Empire Stove 2026 price sheet. Any installation must follow the instructions supplied with the component and the appliance installation manual.
