  • Refund Circumstances: Refunds are offered for products never arrived, damaged on arrival, manufacturing faults, change of mind, or wrong product received.

  • Credits: All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. Please allow up to (14) days from the receipt of your item for us to process your refund. Refunds issued to credit cards could take 1-2 billing cycles to show up on your billing statement depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when we have processed your refund.
  • Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies, except for damaged or incorrect items.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customer responsibility, unless due to our error.
  • Undeliverable/Refused Shipments: Customer incurs both outbound and return freight charges, except for damaged or incorrect items.
  • Refund Based on Delivery Date: Ensures fairness, based on delivery, not purchase date.

Circumstances for Refunds

  1. If the Products Never Arrived: If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please contact us for assistance. We will investigate the issue and, if we cannot resolve it, issue a refund.

  2. Damaged on Arrival: If you receive your product damaged, please refuse the shipment and contact our customer service department immediately via email at support@cozyglowstoves.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, as per your preference.

  3. Faulty Manufacturing or Broken After Use: Our products come with a manufacturer's warranty (see individual product pages for details). If you encounter a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us for repair, replacement, or refund options (if applicable).

  4. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date. However, a 30% restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply.

  5. Wrong Product Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you without any additional cost.
